In accordance with consumer protection legislation, our products have a 14-day right of return and refund. If it’s been more than 14 days since you placed your order, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

In order to return the product, it must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. The product must also be in its original packaging. You must also present a receipt or proof of purchase.

Credits

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will contact you by email to confirm or reject the refund claim.

If your refund claim is approved, the payment will be automatically returned to your account using the original payment method.

Late or missing returns

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your bank or credit card company. Sometimes it may take a few days for the refund to officially be credited to your account.

Discounted products

Only normal priced items can be refunded. Refunds or exchanges do not apply to discounted products.

Exchanges

We will only replace the product if it is faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange a defective product for a new similar product, please email us at toni.vihanto@tonin-avain-ja-suutari.fi and send the damaged product to: Tonin Avain ja Suutari Oy, Laivakatu 13, 65100 Vaasa.

Returning an order

To return the product, you must send it to: Tonin Avain ja Suutari Oy, Laivakatu 13, 65100 Vaasa.

You must pay the shipping costs of your shipment yourself for sending the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a shipping method where you can use the tracking ID to track the package. Without a tracking ID, it will not be possible to ensure that the product reaches its destination.
